prices quoted in this tariff are subject to revision
without notice. Frontier Reserves the right to pass
on any increase in rates caused by the changes in local,
state, or taxes. Due to different season and occupancy
levels hotels may not apply contracted rates. In such
instances, other rates will be quoted.
Extra bed policies vary from each hotel-to-hotel. At
the time of booking, the number of Extra adult /children
accompanying parents should be specified along with
details of their ages to avoid any embarrassing situation
at the time of check-in.

Travelers
should consult their travel agent for travel documentation
and disclosure requirements for inbound & outbound
travel. Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining
valid travel documents and information pertaining to
laws and customs of their destination.
The passenger has to carefully go through the document
before traveling and is also his responsibility to ensure
everything is in order.
Normal check-in time on day of arrival is 12 00 hours,
If client arriving by an early morning flight and room
is needed on arrival, the room should be reserved from
the previous night. The checkout time on the day of
departure is 1100 hours.
If client intend to checkout late, please note that
the hotel is entitled to charge additional charges directly
to client accordingly unless the client has taken a
prior approval from the hotel.

It is
important that any complaints be made known to the respective
Frontier Tours office or representatives without any
delay so that appropriate action can be taken.
Unless specified otherwise in the tariff or at the time
of confirmation, due to Hotel/Resort/Suppliers policies
it is necessary to charge cancellation fees.. All cancellations
must be made in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail
to our offices.
Any cancellation of a guaranteed/reconfirmed reservation
will attract minimum one night cancellation charge.
Any change of booking within 3 working days will be
forwarded to the hotel and the hotel / Frontier tours
will decide on individual case basis. No show results
in 100% retention charges.
Requests for refund should be made in writing within
a month with documentary evidence from the Hotel/agent.
All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund
approval from our suppliers and no refund can be given
without this approval. We reserve the right to process
and whether or not to approve the refund request and
if necessary charge an administrative fee.

Full Pre-payment for all
services should be made to Frontier Tours and Travels
offices before the tour starts. For initial processing
20% advance is a must. |
Frontier
tours and travels is an agent and we take extra care
to provide accurate information to the client and ensure
a high level of responsibility in executing an enjoyable
holiday for the client.
Frontier tours and travels shall not be responsible
for any damage or loss resulting in tour due to natural
Calamities, fire, accidents, change government rules,
theft, riot, civil disturbance, epidemics or any delays
or changes including any extra expense which the passenger
may incur as a result of any of the forgoing causes.
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy
of the information at the time of uploading the site,
we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions
and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of
the arrangements featured in this web site should we
find such alternatives necessary.
We will of course do our best to inform you of changes,
but prices may be subject to change without notice as
well as ownership.
